• Job Description
– Procurement of vegetables- according to seasons
(Winter>Rainy>Summer).
– Manage the stock or inventory (Rainy>=Summer>winter).
– Ingredients required for the kitchen and office.
– Frequencies of inventory turn over (summer=rainy>winter)
cost that has to be taken care off.
– The event organized then the transport and other utilities.
(Tent, chairs, DJ etc).

• Targets
– No of vehicles to be increased for transportation by summer
season according to number of customers.

– Collaborating with various firms for quick and efficient

Job Description:

• IT automation facility to be checked regularly to remove any


discrepancies that may arise daily.

• Utensils, Furniture, lightening arrangement etc to be taken care off.

• Sound, lightening etc to be maintained properly during all seasons.

• Electricity usages and water, internet for website, garbage disposal at


the end of each day.

• Maintenance of log book.

• Cleaning up of all tables, clothes etc.

• The development would be done by expanding, sheds establishment, repairing,
paints etc.

• AC’s, fans etc to be maintained and managed due to cost and requirement.

Rainy season:
• Tthe problems that may arise due to water seepage, transport etc.

Winter:
• Heating mechanism for food and ambience.

• Garden facility that would be provided during events and banquet facilities in
future.
