Provides online facilities.
Provide online registration services.
Faculties also use VUES to upload notes, course outlines etc..
Everyone related with AIUB have an individual login id and
password to access into his/her account.
Key Message
Online Registration:
To select courses for the next semester via online.
Do registration using account via online.
Started after the midterm.
Sometimes section are disappeared from his registration.
Server error, server jam, uneven allocation of sections of each
subject etc.
This service also provided by VUES.
Importance of the study
By finding major problem help to VUES to reach at higher
satisfaction level.
To improve their performance level.
It shows a guideline to VUES & management.
To know the management whats their problem.
Advantages and disadvantages of online registration process.
How to get prominent services to users.
Guideline about efficiently & effectively use the modern technology.

Literature Review
Its totally new thinking.
Previously on group did that types of survey from different
perspectives.
That report doesn't provide any clear cut idea.
Finding of that research:-
Student are highly satisfied about service of VUES & management.
Student have no problem to access his account, webmail, online
registration.
Research method
Applied research:
Which can be used to influence management.
Taken from particular life experience.
Exploratory research:
The results are absolutely ambiguous.
Dig the problems very carefully to reach in our ultimate goal.

Primary data:
In-person drop off survey through our questionnaire.
Covered the area all over the campus of AIUB.
Secondary data:
Observe the scenario & our experience.
Talked with some former students of AIUB.
Talked with some senior students.

Questionnaire Style
Questionnaire patterns are closed ended.
Questionnaire prepared based on by analyzing real problem.
Prepared in simple & conversational language.
Focus on student satisfaction level by that trying to find out the major
problem.
How friendliness students are with the VUES & online registration.
Pretesting the questionnaire.

Population size:
Approximately 10000 students.
Sample frame:
Covered the area all over the campus of AIUB.
Sample size:
100
Sampling method:
Randomly from BBA, EEE, CSE & MBA department.

Limitation
Due to time constraint it was not possible to cover all
departments comparably.
Unenthusiastic behavior from some responders.
Lack of sufficient knowledge.

Students who did complete 61+ credits they are quiet
unsatisfied on VUES & management.
Some service are not so much popular among to the
students.
Good thing is that most of students are claimed that the
performance of VUES is improving.
Modern technology are not used efficiently &
effectively.
Management are responsible for non structure
arrangements of sections.
