with result of performance improvement. NSN

investigated to find the root cause (suspect: COBA
problem, but its not happened to all site). This
issue also occurred in Sumalpua. Diagnostic
software have been loaded to suspected restart

31 Telkomsel have identified on restart for some sites on
Common Abis area Bali Nusra.
NSN explained that the problem happen in COBA2P8 during
high traffic, there is SW diagnostic to capture the
symptoms. Workaround solution was replace COBA2P8 to
COBA4P12 but Telkomsel didnt wanted to load diagnostic
patch.
Last update : COBA2P8 has been replaced to COBA4P12
(for 4 sites) on 10 Augt 2011 and no restart sites occurred
on the 4 sites.
