HOW TO PRINT

DOUBLE SIDED (DUPLEX)

Printing Double-sided or Duplex printing can be achieved by either using a printer with
Duplex facilities or manually inserting the paper to print both sides.
Useful if you have a booklet to print.
From your MENU select Print

Under the heading Print Range, click the button next to Pages and enter
the odd-numbered pages (1,3,5,7, etc).

From your MENU select Print

Remove the pages you have printed from the printer and position
them the printed side on the bottom with the top of the page towards
the printer.

If there is an odd number of total pages in your booklet you must
remove the last page you have printed from the top of the stack and
put to one side for later. If there is an even number of pages, just
continue to the next step.

Next, empty the paper tray and insert your stack of printed pages into it.

Next, repeat the print process from earlier, this time choosing the
even-numbered pages (2,4,6,8 etc) and tick the "Reverse pages" box to
reverse the printing order. If you saved a page from the previous step,
add it to the bottom after printing. This will be your final page.

If you are printing from a Mac, the steps to follow are slightly
different:

- From the File menu, click Print.

- In the Copies and Pages dropdown, click the arrow and choose Paper
Handling.

- In the Pages To Print dropdown, click the arrow and choose Odd Only.

Remove the printed pages from the printer and turn them
(face-down) 180 degrees, so that the top text is now the bottom.

If there is an odd number of total pages in your document, remove
the last printed page from the top of the stack and keep it safe for
now. If there is an even number of pages, just continue to the next step.

Empty the paper feeder and insert your stack of printed pages.

Follow the previous steps to print only the even pages, but this
time choose the even-numbered pages (2,4,6,8 etc) and tick the
"Reverse pages" box to reverse the printing order.

If you saved a page from earlier, add it to the bottom after printing.
This will be your final page.
