The new Chef Series Mirage cooking range is a unique
assortment of functional cookware with excellent heat-
conductive properties. In this range, the Casserole, with
its classic metal cover and characteristic handles, allows
for healthy cooking on any type of cooking surface.
The 3,5L Casserole has a wide, flat bottom with high
sides, making it perfect for preparing foods that are to be
cooked slowly, and for preparing sauces and
gravies with the juices of cooked meat.
This Chef Series Mirage Casserole has a Tri-Ply
construction on the bottom, consisting of aluminium
layered and fused between 18/10 stainless steel and
magnetic stainless steel, which heats up evenly. The body
consists of single ply 18/10 stainless steel.
The interior features capacity marks in litres for
measuring liquids.
The Casserole is suitable for use on gas, electric, halogen
and induction hobs.
The stainless-steel cover with its easy-grip handle,allows
the Casserole to be used for cooking inside the oven, as
well as on the stovetop
