and the instructor.

one error at a time with correct

Types of Feedback
• Didactic Feedback
– Used for Concept/Knowledge attainment
– Provide info, pose question, ask student, Q&A
interaction and hints on what was correct vs
incorrect to get correct response.
• Coaching Feedback
– Used for practical application of skill
– Coach during practice, allow self-diagnosis, pick
one skill at a time, give specific input and
suggestions, stay positive.
