interact with the job providers.

Job portal works as a interface between the job provider
and job seekers.

Job portal is a web based application Which has three
main entities:-

1. Admin
2. Job providers
3. Job seekers

with C#.Net 2010

The purpose of this project is that the jobseekers find
their job easily without doing any paper work.

The employer put the vacancies on this web site and
save their advertising changes and find the best
candidates for their company.

There are various search technique which helps both
employer and jobseeker to easily find their jobs.

It gives the faster access and response to the job
seekers who applied for the jobs and reduces the
paper work.

It also maintains the tracks of job seekers
&employers even saves our time.


It will give the job seeker to find the jobs according
to their qualification.


A web based applications major advantage is that it
can be access from anywhere.

This makes maintaining and updating the system much
simpler as usually it can all be done on the server.

It can access any time because it is on internet.

Data is centralized.

It provides a user friendly interface for the users to
avail amenities like looking for jobs, job fairs etc.
It searches for the required criteria and displays the
matched results which saves the user time and is very
convenient for the users.
It guides the new users with the tips on how to face
the interview and how to write the resume.
It saves time of the user as the mail is forwarded to
the firm as soon as it is dispatched.
It saves time of the user as the C.V. of the user can be
easily updated and attached in order to be viewed by
the employers.
It reduces the response time as the mails can be easily
transferred from the employer to the jobseeker.


Reports are easily generated: reports can be easily
generated in the proposed system so user can
generate the report as per the requirement (monthly)
or in the middle of the session. User can give the
notice to the students so he/she become regular.

Very less paper work: The proposed system requires
very less paper work. All the data is feted into the
computer immediately and reports can be generated
through computers. Moreover work becomes very
easy because there is no need to keep data on papers.

control will be there so no chance of errors. Moreover
storing and retrieving of information is easy. So work
can be done speedily and in time.

Job providers can directly post jobs and can
access the database.

Job provider can directly send requirements to
job seekers.

Here admin puts information about job fairs &
which companies will be there it also
mentioned their.

User can get more information from the

Admin can Add / Edit / Delete E-
brochure.
