37
Judge not, and you shall not be judged.
Condemn not, and you shall not be
condemned. Forgive, and you will be
forgiven.
38
Give, and it will be given to you:
good measure, pressed down, shaken
together, and running over will be put into your
bosom. For with the same measure that you
use, it will be measured back to you.
Luke 6:37-38 NKJV
When God gives, He gives more than the container can hold!

My cup runneth over
Psalm 23:5

I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it
more abundantly.
John 10:10

And God is able to make all grace abound toward you, that you,
always having all sufficiency in all things, may have an
abundance for every good work.
2 Corinthians 9:8

Can we impact the world with a
half hearted effort?

What effect do we have on
other believers?

When dedicated, a person can
do incredible things:

Nuclear Arms Race
Apple v/s Samsung
Automotive Industry
Medical Advancements

Everything seems to be advancing

Are we?

I had wanted to quit church for a long time. I had grown weary with
murmuring, grumbling, complaining and overly sensitive people. But
most of all it was a feeling of "Is this all there is- Is this truly it?" I
attended out of obligation not necessarily to God, but maybe to man and
appearance. My church has become cold; no community or fellowship or
caring. We aren't carrying each other's burdens. We rarely laugh
together, cry together, encourage, edify, discipline or hold each other
accountable. Our love for God is lukewarm and that always spills over to
tepid relationships with each other To be fair, I am as responsible as
any other person.

And He spoke a parable to them: Can the blind lead the blind? Will
they not both fall into the ditch? A disciple is not above his teacher, but
everyone who is perfectly trained will be like his teacher. And why do
you look at the speck in your brothers eye, but do not perceive the
plank in your own eye? Or how can you say to your brother, Brother,
let me remove the speck that is in your eye, when you yourself do not
see the plank that is in your own eye? Hypocrite! First remove the
plank from your own eye, and then you will see clearly to remove the
speck that is in your brothers eye.

Luke 6:39-42
Perform your duty as if Jesus were the recipient

Bondservants, be obedient to those who are your masters according to the flesh, with fear and
trembling, in sincerity of heart, as to Christ;

not with eyeservice, as men-pleasers, but as
bondservants of Christ, doing the will of God from the heart, with goodwill doing service, as to the
Lord, and not to men
Ephesians 6:5-7

And whatever you do, do it heartily, as to the Lord and not to men,

knowing that from the Lord you
will receive the reward of the inheritance; for

you serve the Lord Christ.
Colossians 3:23-24
