The Role Of The Eco-System
Role of Education System: The education system
does not place sufficient emphasis on testing.
Role of Senior Management: The senior mgt. of
organizations plays a vital role in the development of test
professionals. It is simply not enough to use words like
Quality is our top concern or People are our top priority.
This commitments has to be translated into visible action.
Role of the Community: Testers should themselves
see a career in testing rather than view testing as a
stopgap arrangements or a means to get into
development functions.
Three Workers
There were three workers working at a construction site.
A passer-by asked the first worker, What are you doing?

into a development job.

does not see its relevance.

worker is the one who sees the value in his work
and understands the big picture.
