Question:
You have been on a tour of the factory you are working
in and are annoyed to discover that in the Material and
Handling department, operators were blatantly ignoring
the safety regulations. As an Occupational Health
Manager, it is your responsibility to prepare the
Occupational and Safety standards of your company.
Write a report to the Managing Director on the problems
that you saw and recommend measures to be
considered to improve safety standards at your company
