Punishment is to punish offenders in manner proportionate to the gravity

of their crimes.
In some practice of the punishment conducted by the law enforcement,

many argue of its value towards the people, community, costs, religions,
country as whole.
Also, there is uncertainty of its effectiveness, truthfulness and even the

relevance of it.

being executed must surely put off the criminals
from committing murder if they know theyll face
the death penalty if caught,
