MIDTERM EXAM

Mid term -1hr, online (15 mark objective + 5 mark descriptive) = 20 marks and it
will be middle of semester and pre-request for final exam. i.e. If a student failed
to write mid term means that student will not be permitted to attend the class
further + write final exam.
Mid term mark should reach CoE office with in 15 days from the date of mid
term exam conducted and Answer paper should be with teacher for 6 months
and then disposed off.
Late comer for exam
30 min for incoming and No student permitted to go with in 30 min of exam start.
Missing Exam
Pay 600 rupees for each missing mid term exam if u are not deputed for office
purpose and you should write it with in 15 working days after respective exams
and Attendance will not be given for missing exam

Final Theory Exam
Duration : 1+1 & 1+0 =2hr, 2+1 & 0+1 = 2.5 hr, 2+2 & 0+2 = 3hr
Pattern: online (20 mark objective + 20 mark descriptive) = 40 marks
Final Practical Exam
Pattern: 40 (5 - record + 5 - viva + 10 - assignment + 20 - practical work)
Mark should reach CoE with in 10days after exam over.
Revaluation/re-totaling
With in 10 working days from the date of chat handed over to college
Fee is Rs. 400 per subject and
Revaluation/re-totaling is not permitted for practical exam
Improvement and re-exam
Re-exam can be of practical and or theory
Fee is Rs.250/- up to 9 credits and Rs.500 for 10-25 credits
Only three times in n + 4 years duration per subject
Those have OGPA of less than 6.5 can write only once for a course with grade
point less than 8.0
Mess fee clearance for final theory exam is a mandatory
Minimum grade to pass a course is 6.0
(with 50 % of maximum theory mark + 50 % of maximum practical mark)
Minimum OGPA to award degree 6.50 out of 10.00 for all U.G
