DIFFERENCES IN UMMAH

Al-Irbad ibn Sariya reported: One day the Messenger of Allah, peace and
blessings be upon him, stood up among us and he admonished us so
eloquently that it moved our hearts and made tears come from our eyes. It
was said, O Messenger of Allah, you have given us a farewell sermon, so
enjoin a covenant upon us. The Prophet said, You must fear Allah, listen to
and obey your leaders even if an Abyssinian slave is put in charge over you.
Whoever lives among you will see many differences, so beware of newly
invented matters for they are misguidance. Whoever sees them must adhere
to my tradition and the tradition of the upright, guided successors. Bite onto
it with your back teeth.

72 SECTS OUT OF 73 WILL BE IN HELLFIRE

The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be

upon him) said:
My ummah will split into seventy-three sects,
all of whom will be in Hell except one group.
They said: Who are they, O Messenger of
Allaah?
He said: (Those who follow) that which I and
my companions follow.
Tirmidhi (2641).

ONE SECT ALWAYS STAY ON TRUTH

the Prophet (peace be upon him) said:
A group of my Ummah will continue
victoriously adhering to the truth until the Last
Hour begins

Narrated by Ibn Umar: Aallah s Messenger (May Allah have blessing on him) said: Islam is
based on (the following ) five (principles).
1 To testify that none has the right to be worshipped but Allah and
Muhammad is Allahs Messenger.
2 To offer the prayers .

3 To pay Zakat.
4 To perform Hajj.
5 To observe fast during the month of Ramadan

LEARN FAITH BEFORE LEARNING THE RULINGS IN THE QURAN

Abdullah Ibn Umar

(May Allah be please with him)

said:

We have learn the faith-then we learn

the Quran so by acting on Quran our
faith increased.

Faith prepares a person for complete submission to Allah

Ayesha (May Allah be please with her) said :

Such type of verses were being

revealed when I was a young girl
playing in Makkah, the Day of
Judgment is more horrible, if the
verses regarding alcohol were revealed
then, no one had accepted it.

TAWHEED IS THE PURPOSE OF CREATION

And I did not create the jinn and mankind except
to worship Me


Surat Adh-Dhriyt (The Winnowing Winds) - Verse 56

COMMAND FROM ALLAH

And they were not commanded except to worship
Allah , [being] sincere to Him in religion, inclining
to truth, and to establish prayer and to give zakat.
And that is the correct religion.





Verse 5 Surat Al-Bayyinah (The Clear Proof) -

FIRST COMMAND IN THE QURAN

O mankind, worship your Lord, who created you
and those before you, that you may become
righteous
!

Verse 21 Surat Al-Baqarah (The Cow) -

PURPOSE OF SENDING THE PROPHETS (PEACE BE UPON THEM) TO EVERY NATION

And We certainly sent into every nation a

messenger, [saying], "Worship Allah and avoid
Taghut.

Surat An-Nal (The Bee) - Verse 36

ALL PROPHETS (PEACE BE UPON THEM) FIRST CALLED PEOPLE TO TAWHEED

We had certainly sent Noah to his people, and he
said, "O my people, worship Allah ; you have no
deity other than Him

Verse 59 Surat Al-'A`rf (The Heights) -

PURPOSE OF SENDING THE ANGELS WITH THE BOOKS

He sends down the angels, with the inspiration of
His command, upon whom He wills of His
servants, [telling them], "Warn that there is no
"deity except Me; so fear Me.



Verse 2 Surat An-Nal (The Bee) -

ONE WHO DISBELIVE HAS GONE ASTRAY

And whoever disbelieves in Allah , His angels, His

books, His messengers, and the Last Day has
certainly gone far astray.

Verse 136 Surat An-Nis' (The Women) -

QURAN IS A LIGHT TO ACQUIRE FAITH & GUIDANCE

And thus We have revealed to you an inspiration (Quran) of Our command.
You did not know what is the Book or [what is] faith, but We have made it
(Quran) a light by which We guide whom We will of Our servants. And indeed,
[O Muhammad], you guide to a straight path

Verse 52 Surat Ash-Shra (The Consultation) -

PUNISHMENT FOR NOT BENEFITING FROM THE LIGHT OF QURAN

And whoever turns away from My remembrance indeed, he will have a depressed life, and We will
gather him on the Day of Resurrection blind.

Surat h (Ta-Ha) - Verse 124
Comment: Allah has called the Quran as light and if someone has not
benefited from the light of Quran in this world then as a punishment he
would be raised in the Hereafter as blind

HEARTS ACHIEVE ETERNAL HAPPINESS AND CONTENTMENT

THROUGH THE REMEMBERANCE WHICH INCLUDES TAWHEED

Unquestionably, by the remembrance of Allah
hearts are assured.

Surat Ar-Ra`d (The Thunder) - Verse 28
Comment: Tawheed makes a person taste the sweetness in worship

ALLAH WILL SAVE PEOPLE OF TAWHEED FROM THE HELLFIRE

"Once Mu'adh was along with Allah's Apostle as a companion rider.

Allah's Apostle said, "O Mu'adh bin Jabal.
Mu'adh replied, "Labbaik and Sa'daik. O Allah's Apostle!"
Again the Prophet said, "O Mu'adh!"
Mu'adh said thrice, "Labbaik and Sa'daik, O Allah's Apostle!
Allah's Apostle said, "There is none who testifies sincerely that none has the right to be
worshipped but Allah and Muhammad is his Apostle, except that Allah, will save him from the
Hell-fire.
" Mu'adh said, "O Allah's Apostle ! Should I not inform the people about it so that they may have
glad tidings?"
Allah's Apostle replied, "When the people hear about it, they will solely depend on it.
Then Mu'adh narrated the above-mentioned Hadith just before his death, being afraid of
committing sin (by not telling the knowledge).

FIRST DAWAH IS TO CALL PEOPLE TO TAWHEED

Narrated Ibn Abbas: When the Prophet sent Muadh to

Yemen, he said to him, "You are going to a nation from
the people of the Scripture, so let the first thing to
which you will invite them, be the Tauhid of Allah.
Sahih Al Bukhari

TAWHEED IS ALLAH RIGHT OVER US

Narrated Mu'adh bin Jabal:

The Prophet said, "O Mu'adh! Do you know what
Allah's Right upon His slaves is?
I said, "Allah and His Apostle know best."
The Prophet said, "To worship Him (Allah) Alone
and to join none in worship with Him (Allah). Do
you know what their right upon Him is?
I replied, "Allah and His Apostle know best."
The Prophet said, "Not to punish them (if they do
so)."

LIGHT vs. DARKNESS & LIFE vs. DEAD

And is one who was dead (Kufr) and We gave him life (Islam) and made
for him light (Quran) by which to walk among the people like one who
is in darkness (Disbelief), never to emerge therefrom? Thus it has been
made pleasing to the disbelievers that which they were doing.

Surat Al-'An`m (The Cattle) - Verse 122
Comments:
Non Muslim is dead because of his ignorance of Islam and Tawheed.
Muslim is alive because of his knowledge of Islam & Tawheed.
Light is the Quran and the one who abandons the Quran is in darkness.
