There is large amount of wastage in cutting


operation as it was assisted humanly.
Process involved putting several layers of cloth of
on a table and putting stencils and then cutting it
respectively.
R&D Deptt. was contacted for reduction of wastage.

Zodiac manufactures different sizes for which


the following table represents the demand.

We have to minimize the cost we can do it by reducing he number of


operations.
We can have maximum 35 number of layers
of cloth.
We are assuming we are using 1 stencil as we
do not Know the dimension of the Table.
