Functional process knowledge & Trainings Q2(FY1415)

I keep myself updated with the latest process related development and new
updates.
We had done refreshment training within our team on various topics for Ex. VAR/VAD
reporting enduser, Exadata, License Assignment, How to raise BUG etc.
I do participate in all the team meetings and have updated myself accordingly,
trained the new joiners.

knowledge and
resolve issues on my own.
I have always processed the requests within stipulated SLA and without any
escalations in this quarter.

Have worked on the requests on their priority and completed them on time and
maintained my productivity along with quality.
Have worked on regular, bulk and project and met the target beforehand.
Also on weekends when required and shows willingness for more work.
Have always been on time in reaching office ,any delays I kept my team lead
informed.

Productivity and Accuracy Q2(FY14-15)

I have always contributed to the team's productivity. In this quarter
I have processed 153 SR's with 8000+lines.
Have always tried to improve my productivity every day every
month and have succeeded.
I worked on Debrief(Inbound/outbound) technical SR's.
And also supported Project
>RU-RUS restriping
>Surcharge update

Communicating with the Colleagues, Requesters

and Managers Q2(FY14-15)
I have always tried Understanding the main body of the request and have
always asked for right clarifications needed to fix the data in Installed base
or in contracts.
I have always Participated in team meetings.
Communication with the requesters in business sense and completely in
relation with requester's query has been satisfactory.
I have always reported the complicated issue to superiors to avoid
escalations.
Email communication with requestor's and managers has always been
explicit and to the point.

Challenges in Q2:

Exadata Interface Issue.

Tekelec Bulk configuration correction- no proper data.

Future Plans:

Looking for more cross functional trainings within / outside teams.

To be a part of Testing.

Better Career growth and to contribute more to the team and
