1. Demonstrate how the nervous system works.


2.Present through a diagram how the neurons travel

in our body.( or how the nervous system send,


receives and process the nerve impulses throughout
the body.
3. Describe and illustrate the nerve reflex pathway
4.Explain that some activities of people can greatly
affect to our nervous system.

My objectives

Pictures of person and his nervous system

Have you tried frying an egg? What are the things

you supposed to do? What happen when the hot


oil spill on your skin? How did you response? What
did you feel? Can you controll your reactions? How
does it sends to our brain?

These are the following questions that we will answer as we


go through a variety of activity and understand how our
nervous sytem works.There are lots of things you should
learn as we go further. I have prepared activities that you
will surely enjoy!

My Brain

My brain, my brain,

Controls all things I can do...
Without my big brain,
I wouldnt be me,
And really, you couldnt be you
When I'm feeling some pain,
I'm using my brain,
Just like I do when I think...

And brain is controller of all other things,

Like seeing greens, yellows, and pink


Involuntary functions,
My body performs,
Like breathing and beating my heart
And digesting my food,

And blinking my eyes,

It's really my critical part


To nerves and synapses,
Is what it's attached,
And then to my spine's,
Spinal cord...
Without my big brain,
I couldnt feel things,
At least I could never feel bored!

Guess What?
This activity serves as a motivation. The pupils will

be shown a picture of nervouse system and tell are


the parts.The pupils will have an idea as well as
learning as they go through this guessing game and
indeed enjoyable to them.

Crossword puzzle
This activity aims to identify the parts of the nervous

system. This is a fun games because pupils like to


think and guess.As they go along with the activity,
they will pressure and adrenalin rush will definitely
goes along with their system. They will identify the
parts and their functions as well as relate it to their
relationship with each other.
