ABOUT : NEW HOLLAND FIAT INDIA

The history of New Holland dates back to October 1872 with the humble beginning of the
New Holland Machine Works in a one person Farm-Equipment Repair shop.

New Holland has been associated with agricultural mechanization in India since the early
1950s. At that time its tractors were being imported into India.

In the year 1969, a joint venture was established to manufacture tractors under the Ford
brand name in India.

1996-New Holland Fiat India established.

1997-Ground Breaking Ceremony of the Plant at Greater Noida .
