1) To identify the problems occur in the existing system

- Determine whether an alternative system can solve the problem

by looking into the duplication of effort, bottlenecks, inefficient
existing procedures, or whether parts of the existing system
would be candidates for computerization.

2) To define the project scope and constraints

- Define which part of the system is to be changed and which part
is outside control.
- Specify the resources to be made available to the information
systems project.
- Resources limitations are specified at this time to indicate the
funds and personnel available for the project.

3) To identify the deficiencies in setting up the project

goal.
- Ensures the right problem are solve and not working
on something that will not contribute to the
organizations effectiveness.

System is built as an internal system to facilitate the

To link required information throughout the business

environment especially with the customers.
To keep information and data update consistently.

Functionality :
After building the internal system the functions will be
easier. The main purpose of the internal system is to
handle their work more efficient.
After building the internal system The users should be able to assist in performing daily
task.
The users have advanced system to keep information
such as to keep track on each customer outstanding
balances, get notice on some overdue accounts and
send reminder on time.
Betterment in established strong relationship between
business entities with the customer such as identify the
good paymasters and give discounts to those who
settle their debt early.

Information can be retrieved and transmitted
