 When the vehicle for learning
allows more fluid use and multiple
modes for input and manipulation,
it’s possible for student thinking to
occur more quickly and easily.

All the capabilities of a laptop and

PC vs Mac
– No Mac tablet....yet
– Limited to one vendor
– Many parents/students do have PC’s
– Should not have students and
teachers on separate platforms
– Would add huge layer of complexity
to IT Department, computer imaging
and network administration
