: -Happened in visibility so poor


-Three parties involved (the two flight crews and the
air
traffic controllers)
-With no ground radar available
-One aircraft took off while the other was still on the
runway
-There were no eye witnesses to the collision

: Both aircrafts were fully destroyed due to the impact


and the post-impact fire.
