Screening Interviews = are generally
conducted when an employer has a large
applicant pool which they want to narrow down
to a more manageable number.
Phone Interviews = Most screening interviews
are done by phone, but phone interviews will
also be used for other reasons, such as
geographic obstacles the applicant lives in
another city or state. In this case, phone
interviews will be longer and more detailed.

Types of Meetings
Common types of meeting include:

Investigative Meeting - generally when conducting a pre-interview,
exit interview or a meeting among the investigator and
representative
Kickoff meeting - the first meeting with the project team and the
client of the project to discuss the role of each team member
Management meeting - a meeting among managers
Off-site meeting - also called "offsite retreat" and known as an
Awayday meeting in the UK
One-on-one meeting - between two individuals
Panel
is held to exchange ideas and expression
agreement and disagreement on points of
mutual interests. The moderator guides the
whole discussion and defines differences. This
discussion may or may not have a general
audience.
