BACKGROUND
INTRODUCTION
Manual process is considered as one
of the most consuming steps that
every employee encounters with
regards to time management. Many
agencies, offices, schools still go on
paper works which causes delays of
reports.

Throughout history, as machine invented

by extraordinary people, they attempted to
make jobs easier. This desire to simplify
lives and perform more effectively creates
new technology for improving lives within
our society. Because needs exist, man
developed and applied new technology to
fill thoseneeds. Technology is one of the
tools to solve those problems because man
keeps developing new technologies.

Computers have a strong more advanced

society today. Computers have strong
impact on such educational functions as
research, administration and instruction.
Computers are used as tools for instruction
and medium of learning similar in function
to textbooks and lectures. And computer
could bring out of more desirable results in
faster and easier manner.

Computerized Enrollment System will

provide fast access to information, it will
manage the data systematically and it will
lessen the time and effort of the customer.
Lasam Academy is currently using a
manual process of enrollment. This manual
process may result to a very slow process
which may lead into an inaccurate
computation, slow processing of output and
unsecured data.

The
researchers
propose
a
computerized enrollment system
that will be designed for the
improvement of the present system.
It will be designed in order for the
improvement
of
the
present
management - which is manual- to
have
an
easier
and
faster
manipulation of the transaction.

Aims to determine the problems that the
Lasam Academy in Manual Enrollment
System.
To develop a Computerized Enrollment
System that is more reliable and speeds up
the transaction of the administration.
To be able to design a Computerized
Enrollment System for Lasam Academy that
would help the Enrollment process.

Scope and Delimitation of the study

Store data of the students (first name, last
name, middle initial, section and Year level).
Records fees- collected and uncollected.
(Insurance, Red Cross, etc.)
Subject Scheduling
Use of the system is limited to principal
and faculty and staff designated to do the
work.

It is the main device that use in storing the
data.

It is the process that can register as a member
of the school.
System
It refers to any collection of component
elements for the network to perform a task.
Security
It is the ability to prevent unauthorized access
whether accidentally or deliberately to the
programs or data.

It is the collection of information of
the students.

The system used at the present.

It is a process by which work is done
through the use of computer
