ABSTRACT
The pneumatic has gained a large amount of importance in
last few decades.
This importance is due to its accuracy and cost. The pneumatic
punching machine has advantage of working in low pressure.
The die used in this is fixed such that required shape can be
used according to the requirement.
The material to be punched is placed in the bed and the
pneumatic cylinder is actuated by means of the solenoid valve
by means of the control unit

OBJECTIVE

Easily Handling this pneumatic punching machine.

Low Noise.
High Strength.
Easy maintenance
Quite simple

FABRICATION PROCESS
The punching machine tool designed to do punching
by applying mechanical force.
The metal is punched to the desired requirement. The
pneumatic cylinder with the punching tool is mounted
on the stand connected to the base
The pneumatic cylinder is made operated by means of
a solenoid valve
The power supply for the solenoid valve comes from
the battery. The air from the compressor makes the
pneumatic cylinder to operate

Used in small and large scale industries and cable
wire making industries etc..,
It can be modified to any extend to bring out the

CONCULSION
Our design uses extremely simple ideas
and mechanisms to achieve a complex set
of actions and is intended to imitate the
actions of the operators, However, these
pneumatic punching machine are less
expensive.
