The main goal of Walton mobile is to become a
leading smart-phone brand in Bangladesh, by
supplying 30 new models of smart-phone which
are really featured, innovative and quality full
products according to the customers demand
over the year. And they will also bring some low
cost mobile phone in Bangladesh market which
range will be below 1500 taka to grab the 70%
mobile user of Bangladesh. And that will help
the
organization
to
increasing
their
organizational profit by 10% within the next
year.

Goal of Walton mobile

To hire energetic, creative, motivated, self groomed and
highly qualified employee in different department of Walton
like, management, IT, marketing, HR, sales etc. to develop
low cost and quality full smart-phone to achieve
organizational goal.

What is HRIS?
A human resource information system (HRIS) is computer
software employers use to manage the human resources
functions of their organization. It has the capability to
maintain employment records of all staff members, and
employers can use it to collect metrics surrounding the
firms staffing, performance management, compensation
and benefits activities. Comprehensive and integrated
information systems can be used widely -in administrative,
operational and strategic fields by HR and other managers.
On the operational level HRIS data can be used to identify
potential internal applicants for job vacancies, saving
external recruitment costs and assuring employees career
opportunities.
