1. ADNOC Group is currently going through
multibillion dollars expansion projects for many
of its oil, gas and petrochemical facilities in Abu
Dhabi, UAE.
2. Assets and Inventory will be more than double in
the coming five years.

7-Data Control and System Support


1. Ensure that a clear scope and business process is in place
(Part of EPC Project Tender Document).

2. Assign dedicated Materials Engineers to review data entered


by Vendors/EPC Contractors.
3. Ensure that Training is conducted for the EPC Spare Parts
Coordinators.
4. Ensure that User Manual is available on CBT ON LINE.
5. Ensure reliable IT infrastructure.
6. Ensure effective proactive support (Business and IT)

Templates thus maximizing accuracy and completeness
