Conformacin Urbana y Uso de Suelos

La distribucin del dentro del Distrito de Independencia es
parcialmente ordenado, es parcial porque en los sectores de
Shancayan y Nicrupampa se fueron poblando con el pasar
del tiempo conllevando un crecimiento desordenado.

2. Interaccin y Articulacin de Transporte
Dentro del Distrito de Independencia existen varias carencias
en cuanto al ordenamiento del transito as como un adecuado
uso de las vas dentro del Distrito.
Ejem.: La continuacin de la va en doble sentido de la
Avenida Centenario, dado que solo llega a ser doble va hasta
la 3ra cuadra y eso imposibilita el correcto y fluido transito
que debera existir en una arteria principal como esta.

Alternativa de Solucin:
Teniendo en cuenta los
recursos con los que se cuenta
actualmente la Municipalidad
Distrital de Independencia se
podra dar una compensacin
monetaria a cambio de la
porcin de terreno que falta
para ampliacin que necesita
dicha avenida

3. Evaluacin del Equipo Urbano
En cuanto a equipo urbano en el aspecto de salud, se cuenta
solo con un hospital (ESSALUD) en el sector Vichay y
pequeos centros de salud.
No se cuenta con un mercado adecuado para el expendio de
alimentos de pan llevar, actualmente se cuenta con uno en
psimas condiciones de estado .

4. Evaluacin de Servicios Pblicos
Dentro de la evaluacin de los servicios
pblicos como son luz, agua, desage
en los aspectos de calidad, cobertura y
continuidad tenemos diversos tipos de
puntos de vista.
Si bien dentro de la zona cntrica de
Independencia los servicios pblicos
son dentro de los 3 puntos a destacar,
regulares, en zonas mas alejadas no
ocurre lo mismo dado por su lejana
y/o lo dificultoso que se hace acceder
al terreno .

5. Evaluacin de las Viviendas y reas Deterioradas
En gran parte de Distrito de Independencia se encuentra en un
constante cambio esto esta dado por la construccin de nuevas
edificaciones, remplazando a las construidas con adobe, eso con lo
referente a la parte cntrica.
En lo que respecta a la zona aledaas no existe una adecuada
zonificacin para la correcta expansin del distrito, lo nico que se
realiza es el acondicionamiento del terreno para uso
domiciliario.

6. Medio Ambiente
En el Distrito de Independencia, cuenta con un gran potencial
de bosques destacando extensos bosques deeucaliptos y
pinos dentro de la zona urbana es casi nula la presencia de
reas verdes al igual que su fauna exceptuando los perros y
ratas que existen los cuales causan diversos tipos de
enfermedades a la poblacin.

6. Anlisis de Riesgos
El riesgo principal y comn por el cual nos vemos podramos
ver afectados es el desbordamiento de la laguna de
Palcacocha que como se puede apreciar en la foto afectara a
la mayor parte de Huaraz y el Distrito de Independencia.
