Description:

We start our venture with name YoursTuck Shop near Arts

Faculty Building at University of Sindh Jamshoro. We provide
healthy, qualitative, delicious biryani with disposable boxes at
reasonable price and we also serve customers with cold items.
The nature of our business is partnership owned by eight partners
with equally sharing of capital. We start our business with initial
investment of 8 lac.

FORECASTING THE EXISTING

MARKET
When

we predict and did our homework for new

business. We find three major advantages to make
stable ground of business which are:

There is no delivery system for lunch.

There is no fresh and healthy foods and beverages
in the university.
And important thing is that there is no educated or
business student in the market.

 First of all, we examine the people which are available during 9

a.m
to 3 p.m we find following result:

Marketing Plan:
For advertising our products and tuck shop we use
pamphlets, banners, internet and radio. And also
behalf of our team do marketing manually whose
name and duties mentioned in job responsibilities.

Our organizational plan is simply elaborate with
picture where each member is responsible to General
Manager.
And each member has authority that they can elect
their General Manager. Through this process there
will increase in transparency and also that will be
consequence to increase of trust amongst members.

OPERATION PLAN:
A. Company operation
Our business operation starts from 9 am. And at 12:00 to 1:00
p.m well start to receive orders and sell biryani in boxes. After 3
pm we gradually try to close our business because campus get off
and then manager prepares record of total sell of day and will
pay all dues on daily basis and report us.
B. Flow of order of goods and services
Our business is self service. Customer first paid on counter then
a token will be given to him and on that token he takes product
from other counter specially for bryani in the shop and for
delivery only registered persons get this service. And for other
beverages he/she easily can choose on their choice and then our
sales man deal them.
C. Technology Utilization
There is only need two kind of technology one is bar code reader
and other one is computer for to make computerized record
because in this way we can also mitigate risk of fraud and theft
and also we can save our time and customers.

DIVISION OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

In this business we are total eight partners and

all are equal to in their losses and profit and
these partners name, qualification and
responsibilities mentioned below :
Amin Lahbhar:

He did BS in geology , his responsibility is

supervised the operation and his employees.

Ghulam Qadir Brohi:

He did, ACCA , FIA , M.A Economics he has an

authority all financial matters thats why we assign
him duties of all financial matters.

Sajid Ali Jatoi:

He did B.A and B.com and has good communication skills so we
assign him job for deal with vendor(s) or public.
Tariq Mangi:
He did BCS , and give him duty of maintenance of all I.T
equipments and other devices regarding his profession.
Riaz Ahmad Brohi and Khalil Ahmad Kalwar:
Both of them will do marketing or advertising of Your Tuck
Shop in the university and also work on computer to record day
by day transactions.
Zubair Shah and Amir Ali Kalroo:
Theyll take order and provide delivery service as well.
