1.(1) Embryonic Stem Cell

Research
Three Viable Options If I were the leader:1. I would continue the funding for esc as it has the potential to
save our loved and dear ones with the ESC process.
2. The embryo stem cell process is unethical as it depreciates a
new form of living. But our human body as various tissues
and which are complex and delicate and can be saved by this
process. Saving a life whose existence is already there
is much greater than whose existence is yet to step in
this world
3. There are 70 major diseases which can be cured by the stem
cell research including Diabetes, Parkinson's, Alzheimer's,
spinal cord injuries, blindness . So the funding should be
there for the esc as in the near future it will have more and
more potential.

1.(2) Embryonic Stem Cell

Research
The two main principles that I would find
compelling:
The duty to prevent or alleviate suffering
The duty to respect the value of human life
To decide my final decision as I said in the
earlier slide it would be my whole and sole
duty to save the people who are already
suffering as it can give a second chance to
the person to live.

1.(3) Embryonic Stem Cell

Research
I would feel very joyed as I can or my
loved one can be saved by ESC. With
proper guidelines and strict policies
implemented to afford any misuse or
abuse the ESC process should be
implemented.

2. Genetic Crops
The factors that I would consider

3.(1) Loss of Manufacturing

Jobs
The ethical factors that need to be considered are :
Firstly , the company is incurring losses and if they
shift to a LDC then they can increase their profits
as land labour and capital would be more cheap.
If the company outsources then it can procure raw
materials at a significant rate or even look into
expansion to different places as they would have
generated a significant amount of profit.
Another reason might be is of the high taxes in USA
so if the company decides to shift the business it
can boost itself in a different part of the country.

3.(2) Loss of Manufacturing

Jobs
The people that will be most pleased with this
decision are investors and management as if
they move to LDC then they will be reducing
their expenses and incurring more profits.
The people least happy would be the current
workers an employees who have been at the
organization as they would lose their jobs but
the company has to sustain itself in the future
thats why they need to move at a LDC.

3.(3) Loss of Manufacturing

Jobs
The biggest pressure as being CEO of
the company would be from the
workers union as they have sacrificed
a lot for the organization so they
expect the same but the reality being
that the organization is already
incurring losses has to shift to a
different places to continue in the
long run.

4(1). Disposing Medical waste

The options which Chantale Leroux has that

either she has to keep silent as her superiors
are saying that this not of her concern nor the
departments and the second option which
she has that she can contact her old friend at
the local newspaper firm.
I think that she should go to the local
newspaper an act as an whistleblower
because whatever the wastage is being done
even in small amounts may affect public
health.

4(2). Disposing Medical

waste
Chantale owes no loyalty that
requires breaking the law, or ignoring
law breaking on the part of her
organization.

4(3). Disposing Medical

waste
Chantale could be held accountable
for the dumping if she had a position
of larger authority and did not get
action to report the infractions. As a
clerk, she is probably not going to be
much accountable, as the authorities
will fully grasp her lack of influence.

4(4). Disposing Medical

waste
If Chantale had much more scientific
expertise, she might be ready to be
more persuasive to Angela about
Angelas misguided idea that its okay
to dump a minor bit of health care
waste. But Angela possibly does not
want to listen anyway.
