Faizan Hashmi, belongs to Karachi and the CEO
of Jetnetix

VISION & MISSION


My first aim was to provide quality work and to
satisfy my clients no matter what the
circumstances are.

PLANNING
Be practical and positive.
Implement the imaginations and plans to get excel in
the skills so that to boost up personally and
professionally.
To provide quality work and to satisfy the clients no
matter what the circumstances are.
Managers should establish strategies so that to
achieve the goals.
Managers should have a positive approach so that to
meet the aims and objectives.

ORGANIZING
At the beginning period a manager needs to organize a couple
of things at that time & make some decisions on the spot.
Managing office space, branding, recruitment, finance etc.
Mismanagement is caused when the manager focuses much on
the external activities such as branding marketing etc. and to
boost the business, this makes the mind diverted which results
in mismanagement.
To overcome the mismanagement a meeting gets arranged so
that to distribute the tasks among the team members and
employees. This makes a sense of professionalism in the office.
To provide quality work in lower rates and do not only work for
money that is what makes a manager unique.
For a company it takes (3 - 6 months) minimum to get stable.

LEADING
Employees get motivated by bonuses rewards and
appreciations so that they work there best to get the
most quality output.
A typical day is when the team works overtime so
that to accomplish the pending tasks.
There are flexibilities as the team gets participated in
making decisions ,but in working hours no
compromises no matter what the circumstances are.
Managers works together with the subordinates so
that to overcome the hurdles faced by them in the
normal working hours.
To manage the work relationship so that to overcome
team conflicts.

CONTROLLING
Employee benefits is essential so that they could
work effectively and efficiently as the employees are
one of the source of income.
One of the challenges faced by a manager is that to
provide quality and effective work so that the
customers would further contact us.
To provide quality service a manager should mostly
take care of the deadline of the project as it is the
most precious factor in this field.
Managers should observe the subordinates so that to
ensure whether the goals are met or not.
If the goals or the aims arent achieved its the
managers job to get the work back on time.
