The nearby competitors are Vodafone and Idea.

The above graph indicates that in the field of cost effectiveness


Reliance ranks 3rd after BSNL and MTS. But if seen practically
MTS is in its growth stage and most of the retailers do not prefer
BSNL due to improper network coverage and many other
formalities. Therefore it can be concluded that Reliance provides
good cost effectiveness to the retailers as compared to other
competitors in the market.

Stiff competition to each other for the first rank. Recently Reliance
has introduced digital quality signals in its networks which has further
enhanced its Call/Voice quality.
