1. 76 X 11

Just add 7 + 6 = 13
slide 13 in between 7 & 6
now what we get is 7136 which is clearly not the correct
outcome.....right
Now carry that one over & now the answer is 836

Yes 836 is the answer

Repeat this trick for at least 10 different

double digit numbers multiplied by 11 ,I bet
you will get the answer within 4 seconds every
time.

Now see the trick for problem 2

2. 99 X 97
this can be solved by another trick which work best for
multiply the numbers close to power of 10.
take the difference with 100 & write it in right column
99-100 = (-1) , 97-100=(-3)

cross add one set of no with any set ,to get the first no of answer
99+(-3) = 96 OR 97+(-1) = 96
now multiply the two smaler numbers
(-1) X (-3) = 03
Add these two numbers = 9603 (Answer)

This same method works for any base of ten. 999 x 987
or 9,878 x 9,999 would all work using a base of 1,000
and 10,000 respectively.

Now see the trick for problem 3

3. 69 X 31
first we multiply vertically up the right side i.e.
9 X 1 = 9 , hence last digit is 9.
now cross multiply 9 X 3 =27 , 6 X 1 = 6 , add
the outcome = 27+6 = 33 , as we do normally 3
will go carry forward and we are left with 3 ,
which will go in front of 9 , hence last two digits
are now 39.
now we vertically multiply up the left side 6 X 3
=18 ,we now add carried 3 so 18+3=21 ,which is
first digit of answer
Hence answer is 2139
