The TopGear Corporation requires to build a GPS
Tracking System to aid the shipment tracking in
trains and ships in a limited time and at a limited
budget. To be successful in this venture, the
TopGear Corporation must manage its Human
resource in such a way that the required deadlines
are met in the available budget. The Human
Resource planning and the Management of Teams
is the best way to make this venture successful.
Hence, TopGear Corporation must implement
these prerequisites effectively and efficiently for the
overall success of the project.
