Skeleton Argument
Put your submissions down in the order of
strength
Major and Strongest submissions first
Followed by either less strong
submissions or alternative submissions
designed to undermine your opponent
Make sure you end with what you want the
judge to do

Bundle
Make sure you attach the relevant
authorities in your bundle in order that you
intend to use them.
Make sure that you can direct the judge to
use particular authority and then to the
particular paragraph.

Example
I refer your Lordship to the case of Carlill v
Carbolic Smokeball Company in the 2nd
volume of the Queens Bench reports for
1892 at page 484 and found at page 2 of
your bundle. I would like to refer your
Lordship to the judgment of Lord Reid, in
particular paragraph 6 which appears on
page 3 of the bundle.
