Under Section 21A (Act A933), the
Development Proposal Report (DPR) is
required for Planning Permission
(Kebenaran Merancang) application.
The section also provides several
statutory requirements on the contents
and information of the development
proposal report. Below is the
information that required in a
development proposal report:
