Throughout we have seen her mentoring her subordinates

We have seen from numerous events that she believes in
exposing her team members to variety of organisational
situations and motivating them to take up more
responsibilities whenever they get a chance.
Only under her guidance could new comers like Zhu could
get four promotions in five years.
