Enter folder name
Determine the drive destination
Assign user and group permissions
Include in server backup

Shared folder properties


The Dashboard simplifies shared folder management
Rename the folder; update its description
Set a quota threshold to generate alert warnings
Modify access permissions and optionally hide it from remote access

Moving shared folders


Shared folders can be moved to a

different storage drive


Move Folder wizard ensures all

properties and data are moved


correctly
Select the folder to move in the folder
tab
Click on Move the folder in tasks pane
Choose an available destination drive
Ensure you add the new folder to

server backup when move is completed
