SWARNI Starts with a story :

A famous Zen master asked his student to construct a shelter
for them. The student took 4 months and finally constructed a
beautiful House. Then,
Master : This is an amazing construction. But I want you to
demolish
everything as soon as possible.
Student : Ive worked so hard for it. Why to see its end before
reaching its
purpose ?
Master : Good Question. One day even you too will come to an
end. Are you working today to really reach the purpose of
your Life ? Did you
ever think of reaching your purpose of
Life before your life ends ?

Social Challenges to be addressed :

Majorly the Society would be concentrating on the segments
like,
- Child Care
- Education
- Domestic Employment
- Rural Development
- Health and Safety
- Infrastructure
- Human Values

Scope and Potential :

India is a developing country. It has many social issues to be
addressed like:
Education gap between the rural education and Urban education
system
Lack of awareness regarding the career opportunities after their
education.
Lack of motivation and encouragement for the manifestation of
any new Idea.
Fear to explore the new arena of career and employment.
Fear of failure.
Lack of proper infrastructure, drinking water supply, malnutrition
etc.
..

Opportunity:
Every problem that the Human race faces in its day to day
life is an opportunity to think for an innovative measure to
construct an effective and sustainable solution for it.

Social Impact that can be generated:

1. A platform is established for sharing any social cause.
2. The need for social entrepreneurship is well understood by the
youth.
3. Entrepreneurial skills and leadership skills are well developed
among the graduates of India.
4. Many Young Social Entrepreneurs are created.
5. The Human Values are well imbibed in all the members of the
society as well as among the recipients of the service.
6. The innovative social ideas are well addressed to be implemented
efficiently and effectively.
7. Based on each of the event conducted, greater social impact is
seen in the society, which can also be adopted by other NGOs and
spread the idea world wide.

Research needed to be done:

Still the research is needed to be done on the following:
-- Understand the social volunteering in India and the ways to
develop it.
-- Methods to improvise the way the NGOs are run in India.
-- Methodology to inculcate the Leadership skills and the
Human values among every individual.
-- Develop a unified NGO system Conduct an NGO meet
once and discuss with all the heads of NGOs, which way we
can work together for the better results Develop synergy.
