TIME CONTEXT

JWEST ENTERPRISE INC. is a newly established corporation who was a


franchisee of Personal Collection and started operating on December 8,
2014 at Daet, Camarines Norte manage by their newly hired Branch
Operation Supervisor (BOS) Mr. Riman. In a multi-leveling business,
recruitment is the top priority of every member. Managing Directors
hire sexytaries, and one of their tasks is to assist their group recruits at
the branch and remind their group members about their due dates.
Although this sexytaries are not employee of the branch they were
trusted by the members as they are the one who help them in their
purchases, recruits, and they stand as right-hand of their MD, they also
have the free will to do what they want in the office.

TIME CONTEXT

After three months of operation, the problem arose when one of the
member Aleng Tingusam complained if why does she received text
messages saying that she has an overdue account, Aleng Tingusam
added that she already paid what she purchased. Upon hearing her
complain, Mr. Riman ask for the receipt of her payments to confirm if
she really paid her account, but she dont have a receipt because she
gave her payment to Ms. Lucky So (one of the sexytaries) through
smartpadala because that time she cant drop-by at the office. She also
said that Ms. Lucky So confirmed to her that she remitted her payment.
Mr. Riman ask Ms. Lucky So and she admitted that it was true, and she
promised to settle the account and never to do that again.

TIME CONTEXT

Few weeks later, another complaint arose with the same person and
with the same case, for the second time Mr. Riman is thinking of
solution to prevent this incident and other that may arise in the future
to happen again.

VIEWPOINT

The analyst viewpoint in this problem of none remittance of


payment by Ms Lucky So is to address the complaint seriously and
formulate ways to prevent her from doing things that may ruin
the name of the business. Although she was not an employee of
the company, she carries the name of the business as she was
treated by the members as part of the company. Her wrong doing
will have a water crimple effect and may endanger the credibility
of employees and image of the business.

STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM


What are the necessary actions the BOS must do to resolve the issue on
none remittance of payments and what are the precautionary measures to
ensure that Ms Lucky So and other sexytaries will not do unethical conduct.

OBJECTIVES

To obligate Ms. Lucky So and other sexytaries to act ethically.


To forbid sexytaries from repeating what Ms Lucky So had done.
To maintain the good credibility of the business.
To have a trustworthy sexytaries.

The

sexytaries are not bound to the policy of the Branch.

Notify the Managing Director to fire and hire new sexytary

Ms. Lucky So will be added to the list of


unemployed Pilipino,

same thing that Ms. Lucky So had

DISAVANTAGES

This is a disadvantage for the


employer because once he treats the
sexytaries unfairly, he may be liable
for violating the agreement and
breaching the duty to act in good
faith.

RECOMMENDATION

For the reason stated above, ACA which states that Create
written agreement with the sexytaries binding them to follow the
office ethics, management policy and rules including the
consequences for violating its content shall be considered as
the best way to solve the case. One of the most important
functions of leadership is controlling. The control exercise allows
managers to take corrective action and contains an element of
feedback so that there can be continuous improvement. Creating
written with the sexytaries is necessary to guide them and be
aware of the consequences that may arise based on their action.

Plan
With careful analysis and further observation of the
sequence happened in the case, it is then believed that the
situation rooted from none remittance of payments by Ms.
Lucky So. As the saying goes, prevention is better than
cure this issue should be solve at its early stage and the
solution for this is written agreement to correct the
problems encountered in relation with the sexytaries in
the branch. As the head of the branch image of the branch
is at stake if that event happens again.
