Why Garment dyeing?


Eliminate the holes or open seams
that can appear after a piece dyed
product
Eradication of shrinkage
Inventory management and "speed to
market" are major advantages to
garment dyeing
Inventory is kept at its lowest possible
cost, unprinted and undyed

Precautions to be taken
Garment stitching to be done with
100% cotton thread
Accessories (Button, Zips) not to be
attached before dyeing
Make cut panels and panel
wash/Tumble dry (if required) based
on the fabric structure.
Pre Shrunk fabric to be used.

DRUM WASHER
Used to dye both cut panels, stitched garment
Having two circular shape drum one is inner
vessel (Perforated drum) and another is outer
vessel
We can put garment piece into the inner
vessel through front door
The temperature 60C to 90C
Dyeing (3 hrs)
Garment pieces are squeezes with the help
of hydro extractor, finally it is dried with
tumble dryer
