What is Ergonomics?
Ergonomics is about how people, based on their physical
capabilities, can best organize and conduct their activities.
also known as human factors, a systematic order which is
in the process of understanding and improving human
communications with types of products, equipment,
environments and systems.
its aimed at developing and applying
knowledge and techniques to enhance
system performance. It also focuses on the
health, safety, and well-being of the individuals involved.
Objectives of TQM
Meeting the customer's requirements is the
primary key to organizational survival and
growth.
The second objective of TQM is continuous
improvement of quality. The management should
stimulate the employees in becoming
increasingly competent and creative.
Third, TQM aims at developing the relationship
of openness and trust among the employees at
all levels in the organization.
