established by the dynamic couple and new breed of
entrepreneurs Perry and Jennifer Bucay with extensive
knowledge and wide exposure in business and trade
especially in the insurance industry in March 2004. The
primary reason of its existence is to involve itself in
providing valuable information to individuals about the
importance to have a basic insurance protection. With
this noble action of the company, it achieved strong

involve in a contract of suretyship. Suretyship is often times confused
with bond or bonding but in the strict sense, it refers to the
undertaking between the surety, the principal and the obligee while
bond refers to the legal instrument embodying said agreement of the
parties which the principal after procuring from the surety, delivers to
the oblige.

loss and damage in respect of the contract works, construction plan
and equipment and/or construction machinery, as well as for third
party claims in respect of property damage or bodily injury arising in
connection with the execution of a building project.

CLAIMS ASSISTANCE
Claims arise out of the insurance contract entered into by the insurer
and assured whereby the insurer undertakes to make good of the loss
that insured suffers and insured's obligation to pay the premium to the
former. This undertaking/obligation of the parties is the essential
elements or attributed of an insurance contract. GOLDPLAN offers

Perry A. Bucay, President/C.E.O.
Perry’s success and exposure to the business world began when he
started to manage their garments and buy & sell machinery businesses
for fifteen (15) years.
His enthusiasm and dynamic energy in dealing with various clients
created a rolling energy for him to venture into this business that
turned to be a passion for providing quality service to all.
Indeed, his exemplary skills in handling and managing different client
made him excel in this field of business. Perry holds a degree in
Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Major in
Management; at the same time, a licensed Non-Life Insurance.
Jennifer S. Bucay, VP of Operations/Marketing Affairs
Jenny started her career as Car Sales Agent of Toyota. In her short
stay in the company, she bagged the Rookie of the Year award
brought about by her excellent skills in handling individual and
corporate accounts.
Her dedication, hard work and determination to give quality service to
her clients, she became the Salesman of the Year which she reigned
for three (3) consecutive years and awarded as Top Group Sales
Producer when she transferred to Mitsubishi Motors as Sales
Manager.
Today, she supervises the marketing activities of GoldPlan Insurance
Services that motivates her dynamic sales team who are now handling
various clienteles in the industry today. She holds a degree in
Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Major in
Management; at the same time, a licensed Life and Non-Life
Insurance.
