PROBLEM STATEMENT
The project requires that a vehicle must be tested, built,
and designed while adhering to the following
specifications.

REQUIREMENTS, SPECIFICATIONS,
AND CONSTRAINTS
Overall dimensions no larger than 16 L x 8 W x 5
The vehicle must travel 18' and stop.
Vehicle must carry five free ping-balls of cargo.
The vehicle must cost no more than $15.00 USD
