i) Fitness Assessment
All participants will go through a body composition test to
assess the percentage of body fat and a fitness evaluation. A
complete computerized report will be given to every participant.
ii) You Are What You Eat
70% success tips of losing weight are from proper eating. How
to eat proper? What should you eat to lose weight? Fed up of
confusing diet plan to follow? Our fitness nutritionist will come
to rescue you!
iii) Fitness Freak Foodies
No idea what to cook for losing weight?? Who doesnt love to
eat?? A healthy cooking class bought by our fitness nutritionist.
We will teach you how to prepare fat burning meals
everyday?? Yeah! We will show you how to cook healthy, eat
healthy & be healthy !!

Ever hear of a Strongman Challenge before? Flipping 350kg
tyre? Pulling SUVs? Lifting logs? Dont worry, we will train how to

This is the workout that will require a gym with some
equipments. High intensity of anaerobic workout by lifting
weights until your veins can pop out like a popcorn!
x) Flexin You
A hybrid of yoga & pilates workout programmes that will relax &
strecth your tightness muscle, teach you how to breath correctly
