i) Fitness Assessment
All participants will go through a body composition test to
assess the percentage of body fat and a fitness evaluation. A
complete computerized report will be given to every participant.
ii) You Are What You Eat
70% success tips of losing weight are from proper eating. How
to eat proper? What should you eat to lose weight? Fed up of
confusing diet plan to follow? Our fitness nutritionist will come
to rescue you!
iii) Fitness Freak Foodies
No idea what to cook for losing weight?? Who doesnt love to
eat?? A healthy cooking class bought by our fitness nutritionist.
We will teach you how to prepare fat burning meals
everyday?? Yeah! We will show you how to cook healthy, eat
healthy & be healthy !!

Zaki Khan or his real name Ahmad Zaki is


the Managing Director for ZK Dinamik (M)
Sdn Bhd is a certified exercise therapist
under Malaysia Society of Complimentary
Therapy. He hold bachelor of Exercise
Physiology. He served as a trainer of
trainer for the National Fitness Council
under YB Dato Azalina Othman. Zaki Khan
has more than 10 years experience in the
fitness and training field.

As an exercise therapist, Zaki Khan


involved not only as a fitness coach, but
also in rehabilitation, correcting muscle
imbalance problems, strengthen muscle
weakness, so that one can carry out basic
functions of the body. Zaki Khan is also
heavily involved in health promotion
campaigns, whether as a speaker or freelance lecturer. Zaki Khan also writer for
