Restoring the PLC (LADDER)

STEPS:
1. Clear the ladder which runs in temporary storage area
2. Open the project saved in external media onto the onboard edition area
3. Load the opened ladder to the temporary storage area in the NC
4. Save the ladder into the ROM area(HN482 card)
If steps 2 and 3 are performed without deleting the ladder in step 1 then there will
be two different ladders registered
Must be in Privileged Mode to upload ladder
