INTRODUCTION
Better Foods which will be located at 375 Hudson street New York,
NY 10014; is a restaurant that will be serving and delivering to its
numerous customers and those who love adventure and like to taste
something different from what they are familiar with, mainly
African cuisines. The restaurant will be a sole proprietorship
business, which will start its operation on January 1, 2016. The
owner of the business will provide all the funding needed to cover
start-up expenses and financial cushion for the first 12 months of
operation.

MISSION STATEMENT
To build a strong customer base among the employees of various
companies located around the Hudson River, as a result of the
owners experience in serving African cuisines, a mild competitive
climate in the area where the restaurant is located, and the
numerous customers quest for a taste of delicious food during their
lunch break.

VISION STATEMENT
We are an African restaurant with the objective of serving and
delivering to our esteemed and loyal customers the finest of
delicious African cuisines in a neat, modern, and customer friendly
atmosphere.
