NOTE: In case you cannot hear the student or the student
cannot hear you,

Check if you are not on a video or voice call;

Before checking your settings, ask the student if you
can call back after 2 minutes;
When the student says yes, hang up the video
or voice call and check the following :

PLANTRONICS

After checking
the right settings,
Click SAVE.
