M/s BG has requested M/s Trizac to try and complete


maximum platforms in season-1
M/s BG will provide Project Authority Certificate to M/s
Trizac.
M/s BG requested for the Date of submission of
Performance Bank Guarantee & Insurance Certificate by
15th July 2016.
M/s Trizac understands that the Standby charges shall
be
M/s Trizac accepts & Understands the BG Ethical & Duediligence policy and will strictly adhere to it. M/s Trizac
will include this requirement in consistent with the UK
bribery act 2010 in their contract with their SubContractor.
M/s Trizac will submit of compliance every financial year

QA/QC
M/s BG shall provide M/s Trizac the Standard Procedures
1 for Fabrication, Painintg along with the templates such as
SQ & TQ etc.

Sample IRT format shall be provided by BG. IRT for project


specific material shall be prepared for Trizac.

QAP shall be sumbmitted by trisac in standard format with


relevant cover page & document no.

M/s BG suggested that the structural material shall be


procured from manufacturer directly and not from
suppliers. If the same is procured from the Supplier, then

the orginal MTC shall be wetted by the manufacturer. If
the Material is procured from local market, then the
material has to undergo lab testing in presence on BG/TPI.

M/s BG informed that any material procured shall not be


more than 2 years old.
All onshore procured material shall be inspected 100%
M/s BG has requested the date for submission of PQP and
IRT.
QA/QC Organogram to be submitted by M/s Trizac.
Pre-Award open points to be closed/resolved by M/s Trizac.

Material Storage & Handling Procedure for Offshore and


Onshore to be prepared.

Red Line Markup shall be submitted on Timely basis to


make as-build drawing submission easier. Red Line
markup shall be submitted platform wise
