Simple past tense is a simple form of the verb to indicate
that an event occurred in the past.

Simple past tense adalah suatu bentuk kata kerja
sederhana untuk menunjukkan bahwa suatu kejadian
terjadi di masa lampau.

Used of Simple Past Tense

Simple past tense to talk about the action that occurs at a specific time
duration in the past. Preposition "for" can be used to declare a period of
time of the incident.
Simple past tense to talk about habits in the past. Subordinate
conjunction "when" is usually used in these situations.

Simple past tense untuk membicarakan aksi yang terjadi dengan durasi
waktu tertentu di masa lampau. Preposition for dapat digunakan

DID is used in the interrogative sentence.
DID NOT (DID NOT) is used in negative sentences.
TO BE 2 (Was and Were) is used as an element of a sentence no verb (NON VERB)
VERB 2 is only used in a positive sentence alone.
