The project occupies one of the most prestigious sites on Palm Jumeirah strategically located as an
icon on the right side end tip of the outer Crescent Island facing HRH Sheikh Mohammad Al
Maktoums Palace and Sofouh Road.
The project is composed of a Residential Block and a dual Hotel Block. These three buildings together
form a foliage shape in spirit with the Palm theme. The project footprint occupies only 30% of the land
leaving 70% for open landscape and beach promenade areas.
This iconic luxury Hotel and Residence with its sweeping palm curves are contemporary in style with
touches of traditional elements executed in novel designs and material.
FINISHES
Following a contemporary approach the Hotel is finished in slick yet warm natural saw cut stone.
A second layer of musharabiah patterned stainless steel skin is applied on the hotel facades providing
both a functional role for housing the balconies as well as providing a natural sunscreen shading, all
with a hint of traditional style and flair.
The grand scale and private balconies of the main entrance lobby are reminiscent of the internal court
found in Middle Eastern architecture.
PARKING FACILITIES
The hotel is serviced with two levels of parking under block A and B. Level 1
is VIP parking, easily accessed due to its location on road level. Level 2
provides normal parking access.
Residences also have one natural ground level parking facility
submerged under new refilled landscape.

THE RESIDENCES PRODUCT OFFERING

The Al Fattan Residential wing comprises 112 apartments to form 30% of the total

project number of keys. The apartments range from 2-3-bedroom, to 4-5 bedroom
garden townhouses which occupy an elevated ground floor, and 4-5 bedroom
penthouses on the sixth floor which crown the building like hanging villas with roof
gardens. The buildings curve also allows all apartments to overlook the Lagoon, the
open Gulf and Burj Al Arab.

The apartments are exclusive residences with underground parking and concierge

facilities, as well as privileged access to the entire resort facilities. Benefiting from
their location, the Apartments including all major rooms enjoy views to the lagoon
and/or the Gulf. All living areas are ample L-shaped spaces allowing for two living
rooms and one dining room. Most 3-bedroom flats have a family room and a
breakfast area in the kitchen.

The building is treated with a simple stone cladding as a base, while villas and

loggias are clad with special Arabic pattern engraved granite. The luxury
apartments enjoy a high end club like atmosphere with surrounding pools and
cascading green landscapes.
