SECTION 103

code shall be punished by imprisonment
for a period no exceeding 6 months or fine
not exceeding 1,000php or both
depending the discretion of the court.

- Separability Clause in the event that any section,
paragraph, sentence, clause, or word of this Code is declared
invalid for any reason, other provisions thereof shall not be
affected thereby.

- Repealing Clause All laws, as well as pertinent rules and
regulations thereof which are inconsistent with the provisions
of this Code are hereby repealed or amended accordingly.
